Camborne Town Band was delighted to return to Crowan Church on Sunday for its much-anticipated annual Christmas concert, performing to a full and warmly appreciative audience.
The festive programme offered a well-balanced mix of traditional favourites and contemporary arrangements. Classics such as Schneewalzer sat alongside modern festive works, including Santa’s Epic Ride by St Keverne’s James Burns, providing an engaging and varied musical experience for all ages.
The concert atmosphere was further enhanced by enthusiastic congregational singing during the carols, creating a truly festive and community-focused celebration in the heart of Crowan.
The band would like to extend sincere thanks to everyone who helped make the event such a success. Particular appreciation goes to our musical director Dr Gareth Churcher for preparing the programme, to the band’s President, Susan Roberts, for organising the concert, and to the dedicated volunteers at Crowan Church for their warm hospitality and refreshments.
Camborne Town Band is already looking forward to returning next year and continuing this much-loved Christmas tradition.
