An Evening of Music at Camborne Centenary Church

Camborne Town Band recently had the pleasure of joining the Holman-Climax Male Voice Choir for a special concert held at the historic Camborne Centenary Church. The event brought together two of the area’s most respected musical ensembles for an evening filled with exceptional performances and community spirit.

The programme, expertly prepared by Dr Gareth Churcher, showcased a varied selection of music that delighted a packed and enthusiastic audience. Our sincere thanks go to Cllr James Ball (Independent, Roskear & Tuckingmill) for organising this superb event, and to Cornish Metals for their generous sponsorship, which helped make the evening possible.

We extend our appreciation to the Holman-Climax Male Voice Choir for their outstanding contribution and warm collaboration, and to the church team for providing such a beautiful venue and excellent facilities. Most importantly, thank you to everyone who attended and supported the concert with such enthusiasm.

Together, we raised £383.22 for the Camborne Royal British Legion, a cause close to the hearts of many in our community.

As we move into a busy festive season, stay tuned for updates on our upcoming Christmas performances.
